I went to the Verizon store the other day and I was very disappointed with them. I told them my phone had a "poltergeist" and would open up menus by itself, call people by itself, freeze, and the usual glyde problems. All they said was, "your phone is a software update behind so we will fix it and you wont have anymore problems". Then they mentioned the new glyde refresh or whatever, so we asked if we could just go ahead and exchange for that, but they refused and continued saying that the update would fix it. I got it updated and then on my way home my phone started acting up again. I was so mad so now I have to set up to get the new glyde. I wish they would have fixed the problem before it began!!!
That's crap. I'd demand a new one; it should be in your contract (the ability to get a new one).
