Huh Was just wondering if anyone  else has ever had these problems.
This first one just happens every once in awhile.
For example. My brother sent me a picture message. I went to save picture so when I press the save pic/video button the phone shuts off and then turns back on. My wife has a glyde as well, so I sent the picture to her phone and it did the same thing. This has happened with 2 pictures.
The second problem. My brother sent a picture with audio to me and my wife and both  our phones froze. We had to take the battery out of our phones in order to get it unfrozen. I talked to my brother and he said he had sent it to several people and know on else had any problems with it. He has the Env2. I am thinking maybe the audio was not a audio file that the glyde supports.
Third, if someone sends me a picture message with more than one picture, I can't forward the message, I get a message that says cannot send mutiple slides.
Does anyone know how to send mutiple pictures?
Other than the picture problems, this phone has been great. I love it.  Smiley

regarding the first two, check to see that your phone is not full on memory, this could be causing the problems.

regarding the third question, not sending multiple pics or forwarding is a verizon issue, not just a samsung (that's there way of nickel and diming you).

my suggestion regarding all of these issues is to get a memory card.  you should be able to get a 4GB micro SD card for about $20 or less on e-bay.

then, you get pics/vids, you can save them to the card, insert the card into your computer, and transfer them accordingly.

hope this helps...

Thanks,  I do have a memory card now so I will give it a try.
As for the one that froze the phones, last night I had my brother to try and send just the picture and then just the audio. well the pic came through no problem, but when he sent the audio it froze again. So I would say it is an audio file that my phone doesn't support. Anyway. Thanks for the help.

Did getting the memory card solve your problem? I having the same issue with my Glyde but I DO have a memory card... Whenever I try to save my picture the darn thing shuts off. I'm guessing it's connected with the "multiple slide" issue...  Undecided

No, getting the memory card did not help. From what I have read from verizon the mutiple slide issue is a glyde issue of where it doesn't support it. Have you every got any where the phone froze up and you had to pull the battery to unfreeze it. I have had this to happen to me twice. The first time my brother sent me a picture that he sent to some others as well and mine was the only one to freeze up. The second time was a picture that I sent from my email, and it was the same format as other pictures that I have sent from my email to my phone. So not really sure with that.
