I received my glyde refresh today. Ad let me tell u it works awesome. Now i can use my nail or a stylus if i want to.

Heres a video of the glyde refresh. Not the best quality but it shows u what u need. And no its not called refresh its just what people are calling it. Whats really happening is that to not get bad rep for samsung. Samsung is sneaking it in to the market without nobody finding out. So the only way u are gonna get this is by buying a new glyde or exchanging it. All u have to do is call verizon and tell them u are having touch screen issues even if ur not. And they will tell u u will receive it like in about 2 days. Trust me do this beacuse the old ones are gonna give u problems in the future. Plus these new ones are great. Heres the video. Thats amazing, thanks for the video!
But that wasn't the only flaw of the glyde, Does it still randomly reset or anything?
Or does it like say that you have a new txt when you really don't?

I'm debating whether to call verizon and get the refresh or keep my enV. Is the vibrate level the same as on the old one?

I was also wondering, did you just call them and tell them about the problems and actually ASK for the refresh? or did they tell you they were going to send the refresh?

my glyde refresh will be here tuesday..all i did was go into the store showed them my sketchy touch screen and they said there was a new model out and they'll have it to me during the week.

I too just got the refresh today! Overall, it is such an improvement of the previous hardware version. The only thing that I have noticed is that scrolling is slightly harder than before. This is a very, very, very small concern. Like I said before, it is 1000X better. I just went to the Verizon store, said that my screen was acting up, and they offered to replace the phone. I am assuming that most stores may have refresh in stock now. So if you are experiencing any problems with your Glyde, definitely go trade it in ASAP!!!

I went to the Verizon store last night. As soon as the women saw which phone I had, she said. Let me guess, the touch screen doesnt work right correct. She put in the order to Verizon for the new phone and we should have ours by the end of the week
