My glyde ran out of battery and wont charge. i no its not a prob wif charger but is it the battery? pls help thank u

I am on my second Glyde. My first Glyde worked better and longer than my newer one, but they both had the same white screen problems. Whenever I get a text/call, I always get a white screen or the screen fades to white, though my older one took months to get the problems, and I usually fix it by resetting it.

My second one was from this Asurion company because I had insurance on my phone and I only had to buy it for $30 or $50. Well, within weeks I had the white/fade to white screens & one day, it slipped out of my hand and fell face flat on the floor, while charging. -_- Now I have only been getting a white screen whenever I turn it back on and now I don't know what to do. And I've only had it for a month!!  >:[

Any resolutions besides getting a new phone??  =/     

how do you get the blue shortcut box off of the wallpaper.  I really don't like this phone.  It is horrible!  I have to reset it several times a day.  Is there anything I can do?

No, getting the memory card did not help. From what I have read from verizon the mutiple slide issue is a glyde issue of where it doesn't support it. Have you every got any where the phone froze up and you had to pull the battery to unfreeze it. I have had this to happen to me twice. The first time my brother sent me a picture that he sent to some others as well and mine was the only one to freeze up. The second time was a picture that I sent from my email, and it was the same format as other pictures that I have sent from my email to my phone. So not really sure with that.

Hi All! I'm new here and your help would be much appreciated...

I received a pic message from a friend but whenever I try to save the pic my phone shuts off. This doesn't normally happen (Usually they save just fine) but I'm starting to think it's connected with the "cannot forward multiple slides" issue... Has anyone else had this problem? More importantly has anyone worked around this issue??

Did getting the memory card solve your problem? I having the same issue with my Glyde but I DO have a memory card... Whenever I try to save my picture the darn thing shuts off. I'm guessing it's connected with the "multiple slide" issue...
