Speed Dials can't be removed!!!

I have two speed dial from former co-workers that I want to remove. The problem is everytime I remove them and save it, they come back.Does anyone else have the same issue or any answers to help fix this issue. Thank you.

huh i just removed one of my speed dials and it doesnt come back. thats weird
